We found this Mehari in the North of Holland, were it had been worked on some years ago.

Several plastic body parts hade been replaced and painted with a brush, not necessarily leading to an excellent result.

We thought it was worth getting some extra attention, certainly because of its very good and original chassis and tubular frame. We ordered a set of new red plastic and some other details for it. After playing with this Meccano-set for some hours it ended up being a handsome little car again. New brakes and tires were fitted, the engine and gearbox got serviced.

So if you want to buy a bit of summer already…
