2cv6 Charleston
This Charleston left the showroom in ’89, at the local Citroën agent in Zaandam.
Later on it was traded in and has been a showpiece for years, amidst the XM’s and Xsara’s.
In 2003 it came back on the road, with just 8000km on the clock. It was used heavily. A few months ago we got the opportunity to buy it, still with just 35.000km.
The chassis was gone, as were the paint and interior. The technique and body were still really fresh; a good starting point to make a perfect Charleston out of it. It was taken apart, parts were replaced or overhauled, a new layer of paint applied and it was reassembled again.
After having been driven by one of our customers, we got it back again. Still as beautiful as before, but with some extra life experience. It has been given a Dinitrol treatment on the previous delivery. Our next delivery, to you…, will include full service and filled tank.
